Keep track of your account(s) anytime, anywhere. Log in and instantly view your account summary, details and transactions at a glance.

Step 1 - Login to Citibank Online

Log into Citibank Online by entering your online user ID and password

Select from the top menu bar to view your Account Summary

Step 2

You can choose to review your Account Summary, Account Details & Transaction Activity, Monthly Account Statement (if you are enrolled in Electronic Statements) , set account nickname or download your account activity. Select the function you require.

Your account(s) have been categorized into Settlement Account, Saving and Investments and Loans, helping you to manage your wealth efficiently.

Citibank Global Account Overview

If you have Citibank account from these countries/region (Singapore, Singapore IPB, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, UAE, Thailand, Philippine, India NRI,IPB UK or USA), you can link all these account together through Citibank Online, through one time online verification, you will be able to access your multi-nation account information anytime.

Who can use Citibank Online (www.citibank.com.cn)?

Citibank Online is available to all customers of Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. You only need a Citibank Debit Card, Citibank Debit Card APIN and 10-digit RMB or foreign currency account number with Citibank to access our Internet Banking services.

What do I need when I login for the first time?

You will need the following – Your 16 digit Debit Card or Credit Card Number (CIN), ATM PIN (APIN), and your 10 digit Citibank Account Number, for credit card holders, please re-enter your 16-digit credit card number for registration.

You can also use credit card number,CVV2,card expiration date, Date of Birth, ID number for registration.

How do I apply for my Debit Card?

You need to visit us at any of our branches to apply for a debit card.

How do I login for the first time?

If you are new to Citibank Online, you will first need to create your Online User ID and Password.

What if I forget my Online User ID?

To retrieve your Online User ID, click on "Forgot your User ID?" link on the login page.

You need to provide: (1) Your Debit Card or Credit Card Number, (2) Your Debit Card or Credit Card APIN.

For credit card, you can also use : (1) Your Credit Card Number, (2) CVV2 (3)Expiration Date (4)Date of Birth (5)Last 4 digits of your ID number

What if I forget my Online Password?

If you cannot remember your Online Password, you need to reset them by clicking on "Forgot your Password?" link on the login page. You need to provide: (1) Your Online User ID, (2) Your Debit Card or Credit Card Number, (3) Your Debit Card or Credit Card APIN, (4) Your 10-digit RMB or foreign currency account number ,for credit card holders, re-enter your 16-digit credit card number with Citibank.

For credit card, you can also use : (1) Your Online User ID, (2) Your Credit Card Number, (3) CVV2 (4) Credit Card Expiration Date (5)Date of Birth (6)Last 4 digits of your ID number

How do I change my Debit Card APIN, Online User ID or Online Password?

You can change the above information by first logging into Citibank Online with your Online User ID and Password. After logging in, go to "Services" on the top navigation bar, and click on “My Profile” and then use the corresponding links to change your Online profile.

Any tips on creating an Online Password?

Yes, there are guidelines you can follow when creating your password and ways to protect it. These tips make it difficult for others to guess your password and help protect your account.

Allow any combination of upper and lower case alphabets, numbers and the following special characters:,-_*&,:%!#?/+=,; Must contain at least one alphabet and one number.

6 to 20 characters (not case sensitive)

No leading or trailing whitespaces

Cannot contain 3 consecutive numbers such as 123. 234

Cannot contain 3 consecutive alphabets such as abc, Abc, xyz

Cannot contain more than 2 consecutive identical characters such as 111, aaa

What are the rules for creating an Online User ID?

Yes. Please form your User ID following the below rules:

How do I know whether the transactions made through Citibank Online have been completed?

You can check your transaction details in “My Account”.

Remove Monthly Service Fees for Local Citibanking and Citi Priority Clients

In order to allow more clients to enjoy Citibank’s basic banking services, the monthly service fees will be waived for local Citibanking and Citi Priority clients, with effect from August 1, 2019.

Ending of Funds Transfer service via CitiPhone Banking Hotline (Citi Priority & Citibanking services)

Effective from August 1, 2018, HKD outward fund transfers via our manned CitiPhone Banking Hotline (Citi Priority & Citibanking services) involving Citi self-name and 3rd party accounts, other local bank accounts, credit card payments and telegraphic transfers will cease, as will credit card payments and telegraphic transfers in other currencies.

Please use the 24-hour interactive voice response system, Citi Mobile App or Citibank Online to transfer funds anytime.

Important Notice on Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (BDAI)

Citi would use BDAI in relation to personal data and non-personal data. “BDAI” refers to big data analytics and artificial intelligence applications, and generally involves computers to mimic human intelligence so that they can learn, sense, think and act in order to achieve automation and gain analytics insights of large volumes of structured and unstructured data created by the preservation and logging of activity from people, tools and machines. Machine learning, decision tree, natural language processing, biometric authentication technology, internet cookies, web logs are examples of BDAI. Use of BDAI by the Bank in relation to personal data is governed by the Bank’s Policy Statement relating to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“Policy Statement”).

In addition, the Bank may by itself, or via its service providers, use BDAI for:

a) performing statistical, trend, market, behaviour, usage pattern, customer segment and pricing analysis;

b) performing credit, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and other risk assessments;

c) planning, research and developments, designing services or products, improving customer experience;

d) predicative modelling; and

e) any other purposes relating thereto.

The Bank has in place robust policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data and the use of BDAI is fair and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
